CENTURIES OF WONDER
We value Honfleur's history and heritage. Heritage plays a key role in the Collection Saint Siméon, and all our locations, though each with their own unique character, are steeped in history. The first heritage, while material, is also historical. By inheriting these Houses, centuries of history are impregnated into the walls. Today, the Collection Saint-Siméon has belonged to the same family for 3 generations. So there's a family heritage in the transmission of these family homes. The transmission of expertise also plays a central role within our Houses. Expertise that is passed down through the generations. We have inherited Norman skills that enable us to preserve the essence of the architecture. We use local materials, such as beams from old Norman thatched cottages, to decorate our rooms.
